This is the second time DPD have done this.

I am in no way kidding.. I watched him pull up outside look at the building for 1 second and IMMEDIATELY DRIVE AWAY. He didn't even get out of the vehicle.. I couldn't get to the front door in time to call him before he drove off.

You had one Job Jonathan ,one god damn job.

Has DPD's level of service just dropped recently as this has become more frequent in the last year.

He came by to snap a picture of me staring at him from my window as he drove away.:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Oh yeah...

Where did he leave the calling card? That's right.. nowhere because he never even got out of his van haha.

ring there customer services asap, i've had them come back later cus of a **** up.

Maybe had to go and do a number 2?? :p

Well that could be his defence if they ask him about why he didn't deliver to u.

But poor job Jonathan, poor job :/.

The picture he took was of the building from the wrong side, I was staring at him when he took it.:D:D:D

he might come back - if he was outside his one hour slot then he wouldnt be able to deliver it anyway, even if early... what was your hour slot?

11:49 - 12:49.

This happened about half 20+mins ago lol. He spent about half an hour driving around my block according to the tracking.. I was watching like a hawk even saw him go past once.

Jonathan from DPD has mugged you right off son!

Ring them, I had the same happen to me - expensive PC part was "delivered to a neighbour" and nothing more, rang them and they put me through to his company mobile, he mumbled something about coming back.

He came back about 15 mins later and gave me the parcel, when I asked about the "delivered to a neighbour" bit, he said that the neighbour agreed to sign for it but then realised that it wasn't for him and he changed his mind.

Course he did.

I've had similar issues in the UK, as I expect many have. Postie rocks up to the door and just puts a card through the mailbox without ringing the bell. A polite word to the manager on the phone saw my parcel arrive a few hours later with a very apologetic postie full of excuses "no time" "deadlines" "you're never in" etc

See it would be all well and good if he at least tried to deliver! He didn't even get out his van to put a calling card in.

If he's an OCUK forum member (he looks the type) then good luck with this and future deliveries... :p

He didn't though! Popped out the van with card in hand, pre-written too, as he didn't stop long enough at the door to write anything.

Omg lol! This is tragic. I've tweeted DPD, there is little OCUK can do but request that he come back.

I am fairly certain that the DPD drivers around Ipswich have taken a bit of a dive in terms of their reliability lately.

They use to be so good :(.

I hope you see this J Man!
