YouFibre

Recently upgraded to You2000, got given the new Sagecomm gear. Do I still need to use the Eero app or is that now defunct? I ask as I tried setting up a new network on Eero and it would never connect assuming its due to it not being Eero hardware?

It's no longer required :)

Anyone have issues this morning ? starting lossing IPV4 at 08:30 ish really bad through to 10, weirdly IPV6 stayed up throughout. Not great when I need IPV4 to remote into work. Downdetector showing a spike for Youfibre issues but nothing on their X status page

Managed to get a IPV6 VPN up and it is rock solid with IPV4 totally down. Must be a weird routing issue, loads of services reporting as having issues at the same time on downdedector.

Not sure that will be at the top of their list with this current outage dragging on, mines been up and down since 08:30 ish and still not 100%
They've done it. Sent change to my ONT, now I'm offline which they've said is likely the DDOS they're seeing. Got a call direct from the echat team based in Malvern. She's keeping an eye on my connection for me and will email the updates as she gets them.

General email has gone out, hopefully they will be able to resolve this ASAP. I have packet loss but haven’t been knocked offline - yet!

My connection is back online and testing well. 1.9 down and 1.4 up. I'll take that for saying I've not touched anything or fettled anythign at home and their network is in a state of crisis.

New Sagecomm gear installed yesterday, all fine, today still got internet, but I now have a red alarm LED, would this be a product of the current DDoS attack?

Completely down in DH6 area this morning. ONT has a red light. Live chat aren't responding either. Will try phoning but need to pop out in a bit.

Edit: lines are closed. Fun times. Would be nice to not be waiting for an agent on the live chat for over 30 mins.

To quote myself, Youfibre booked engineer in for between 8am and 1pm today. Engineer didn't bother to show up. Frustrating as will likely need to use today as days holiday now. Support had no way of knowing where they were or if they'd still be coming.

Rescheduled for Wednesday and luckily there will be someone available to house-sit.
