I personally set mine for 6:50, snooze for 30 minutes and go back to sleep, then when it goes off again lay in bed till 7:30. I'm not sure this is a good way to do it as I normally wake up after the snooze feeling even more tired.

What's your lots method?

I set mine for 8 and snooze for as long as I can get away with. I’ve always believed waking up would easier with age but it just dosen't :(

What I need is some instant awake pills.

Really depends on the day (being student scum) but usually go for 15 minute s snooze as that's the only setting my phone seems to have.

6:55am and 7:00am

That's if my dog hasn't woken me up yet or the other inconsiderate ****'s I live with :)

Stagger downstairs, let the dog out, fall asleep on sofa for 5mins, go upstairs and shower, get ready, out the door by 7:40.

I set mine for 7 and on most days get out of bed when the alarm goes off. In winter I find the snooze button gets used at least once every morning.

If you want to get better at waking up, you need to get out of bed as soon as your alarm clock goes off. If you aim to go to bed at the same time every night it wont be long before your body gets used to it, and you wake up refreshed and it wont be so painful! :p

Really bad at getting up in the mornings - have to set it for 2 minute intervals e.g. 7:45, 7:47, 7:49, 7:51, 7:53, 7:55 and then I am usually up!

This is EXACTLY what I do, even the times! LOL. It's so not good and I'm knackered throughout the day but I just cannot get up straight away when my alarm goes off. Wish I could happily wake up at 7 and have an hour to myself before leaving out but I can honestly say, I've only done that on 3 occassions.
