*Your CPU Temp*

How are all of you getting such low temps! Live in the arctic or something?

Fair enough I don't have a good case for cooling (SG03-F) but even with the 2 cases before I've never had idle temps in the 20s.

Idling ~37c and on load ~60c. And I'm using the H50.

dunno why theres such a big difference between cores 0 & 1 and cores 2 & 3 have reseated 3 times, same dif :/

Thats using CPU sensor, but my NB has decided to spike up to 60c for some reason when it was at 39c?

Overclocked to 3859.4 MHz.

On load max I have hit is 41 that was after 4 hours prime earlier today.

HAF x case and Thermaltake Frio cooler

Power Supply fan is the 2nd cpu cooler fan (only got one cpu fan connection on motherboard not sure on its amps so not risking using splitter to find out if it can handle both fans).

what cpu have u got ?
how on earth are you getting them temps with that cooler ?? im really not thinking much of the frio at the mo
im idle at 41 42 42 44

My Frio is idling around 2 Celcius lower than my old 92mm OCZ Gladiator at the moment (with fans on low), although it was only @ 40 Celcius after I logged out of Bad Company 2, which is about 4 or 5 celcius lower than my old cooler and much warmer ambient temps within my house.

Not too impressed with the idle temps, but I guess it's load temps that are important.

Considering it's 25C in my flat at the moment that's not too bad :)

Coretemp or HWMonitor....Hmmm.

Ignore the High/Max values, Coretemp runs at startup, I just loaded HWMonitor to check.

Aida64 and Coretemp - Completely stock i7920 D0 Step but running 1866 XMP profile which I think is giving out more heat even with a memory cooler. Running Corsair H50 CPU cooler with dual fan setup in push - pull.

Don't blame you GJ02.

If you followed the instructions ok, try just tighting the heatsink down a touch, wait a couple of more days and do it once more, as the IC speads a bit as it settles down it should improve your temps. If not reseat the Heatsink and follow the instructions to the t, you could try putting it in a warm place for a few hours wheich should make it easier to spread. I use MX4 and tight'nd it up a touch after a few days and it improve my temps plus it evened the core temps out.

Core i7 2600k @ 3.8GHz 1.075v

Around 29-32 idle (it is fairly warm ambient today though)

Around 50 +/- 2C load.

NH-D14 cooler in an Antec P183. I do have every fan set to the lowest possible speed mind you.
