Your driving style?

I drive very sedately in busy traffic, be that around town or on the motorway however if the road ahead is reasonably clear particularly an A road I will have my foot to the floor most of the time, be hard on the brakes, fast round corners, lots of overtaking.

Have hit the limiter maybe 3 times in a year of owning my car, no point in revving it that high. Red lines yes but not the limiter!

I tend to stick to dead on 30 around town but do over 3 figures on single carriageway A roads almost daily as there are some great roads literally 30 seconds from my house.

I won't bother replying to all of those as my responses for today would be very boring but I can confidently say that I've done all of those things in the past ;).

My driving really depends on my mood. I'm pretty calm these days but it is a fun game on a deserted road to pretend I'm running from the cops. It's even fun in a diesel Audi saloon :D.

I don't think it's embarrassing either, but it was probably the most embarrassing that I played. Their album is great btw. Come Home is probably my favourite track.

Usually, yes. But changing gear at peak power can drop you back out of the powerband and lose momentum, so often it's better to just hold it to the redline to keep the revs up when you next change gear.

but hitting the limiter cuts the power and slows you down (bounces revs down)? I cant see how you can have a more effective gear change by hitting the limiter.
