Just wondering what's your goto chilli / hot sauce?

Also can anybody recommend a good Ghost / Naga chilli sauce?

My favourite is Who Dares Burns. But it's probably a little mild if you're after naga or ghost chilli stuff, at about 100k scovilles.

It's really lovely stuff, though

I prefer Louisiana style (fermented chiilies usually cayenne, salt, water, vinegar) current one is Franks RedHot original.

I tried Cholula, it's quite morish but not that hot.
I got some second Jamaica 'Special Reserve' Hot Pepper Sauce. This is good for adding a few dashes to things. I prefer it to Tabasco.
I just picked up some Red's Triple 6 Hot Sauce on offer in Tesco. That's nice too, quite fruity.

Flying Goose Sriracha, red top. Local Tesco stocks this variety so easy to get hold of.

Agreed. Tried hundreds over the years, but this has such a richly distinctive taste. Add it to pretty much everything I eat now!

Mad dogs .357 if your not used to hot sauces though this will probably put you in bed for a day.

I think it's pretty bland really okay to add heat to something but doesn't taste nice really.
I like trinidad scorpion and naga based sauces they have a kick but taste fruity.

Cholula is my daily. It's not too hot and very fruity. I pour it over most things at the moment, much to the good lady's annoyance.

I found most sauces when you go hotter lose flavour, I really want to try First we Feasts hot ones sauce but the only place that stocks it is in the US and shipping is $50 or so and you need to order a minimum of 4 bottles.

Some random Jamaican hot sauce I found in Sainsburys, no idea the name but it was in the world food section. Thin bottle, almost vial-like. Thought to myself, this must be good as there is so little of it

Aldi actually have a few good sauces in now a scotch bonnet one and a habanero and papaya really nice.
