Tseng et4000 kicked it off in about.... 1993? From there > matrox mystique > 3dfx > riva tnt > geforce 256 > geforce 2 > geforce 3 > radeon 9800pro > geforce 6600gt > geforce 7800gs (last agp card I bought) > geforce 8800gt > radeon 5850 > radeon 6950 (flashed obv!) > geforce 670 > geforce 970 (which I'm about to buy a second one of!)

I think I'm missing one between the 7800gs and the 8800gt, but I genuinely can't remember

5670 > 6950 > 7850 > 7970 > 7990 + 7970

The 5670 was a Great budget card I bought when I realised my HD 3000 onboard wasn't going to hack FF14! Sapphire ultimate 1Gb ddr5 model with a big passive heatsink. It's still going strong in my second pc and will play a surprising amount of games to a decent standard.
