Your guilty pleasure ?

Butter! I eat a lot of it, I believe it's good for me though so I don't feel guilty at all, but most people would so that'll have to do.:p

Don't feel guilty. Butter....grassfed butter that is, is actually stupendously good for you, so much so it should be considered a superfood. Far better than any margarine or spread. Here's a link.

As far as buying grassfed butter as well as Anchor, you can choose Kerrygold, Rachel's Organic or Yeo Valley Organic. Or you can use your eyes. Grassfed butter is naturally high in Beta Carotene which gives it a more yellowy appearance. Have you noticed how butter seems to have got paler over the last decade?I'm actually going to try making my own soon using about 20 pints of raw unpasteurised 100% grassfed Jersey milk.

My guilty pleasure? Lamb Balti with some Sharwoods green label mango chutney and a shami kebab with that radioactive yellow mint sauce. It's a little taste of heaven.
