Your lunchtime?

Between 12-2.

Have a large meal, and a sandwich or so on the night. Do this as I can't be bothered to cook, and it's a really cheap compared to other places I have worked (majority subsidised).

Feel sleep for about 10 minutes, but a coffee soon perks me up.

11-1pm. Usually a sandwich + crisps + chocolate. Maybe get something from greggs, or go to the fish and chip shop or pizza hut if I want something bigger. Don't have to go far to get whatever you want on campus. :)

12-2pm, generally sandwiches or rolls with filling + salad as well as a few snack and 1 or 2 pieces of fruit.

At some schools I've worked at (student teacher here) the teachers bring in cans of soup and warm them up in the microwave for lunch. I think I'm going to be doing this once I get a job in school, lovely hot, healthy lunch!

Sometime from 1-3pm for me also. I go to one of the 2 cafés (dependent on mood) on the business park, either a Panini, Pasta or Chicken Burger. :D

Depends what time I get to work. Generally I'll go to the gym at between 11:15 - 12:00 and have lunch after.

I will generally have a light lunch. Sometimes I'll go out to a pub / bar for lunch.

Since I've worked outside the UK I've noticed that whereas I and most other people with British (or Indian) backgrounds have their lunch at around 1pm consisting usually of a sandwich or something from home that they eat at their desks, the Czechs and French almost always go out to cafes or restaurants have a relatively large meal at midday on the dot.

They also arrive at sometime roughly around (usually a bit after) 9am, take about 1.5 hours for lunch and leave at 5 on the dot. They've also got employment laws tighter than a ducks rear end and a tenancy to be complete jobsworths* as a result.

*also partially due to the fact they're French

At Uni it's normally when I have a break and/or feel hungry. Anytime between 11 and 2.

The lunch itself? Either sandwich/bag of crisps/drink or Subway, depending on how naughty i'm feeling.

Stuffing my face right this minute, so I guess you could say 1pm.
I am at home today mind. Seared coley fillets on a bed of pasta and stir fried veg.

At work it would be some microwave contraption "hot pot" or soup at 12.30
