One of my peeves are people who write defiantly when they obviously mean definitely.

Any time I've got to write an email to Aberdeenshire council I write aberdeenshite

I'm a similar vein to this one. Happens to a work colleague more than myself, but we also deal with Angus council or as it's written anus council

If I type out a post of more than say 20 words I often miss whole words out, then edit it later because I only notice the missing word after I've posted the comment. Don't think I've done it this time. I sometimes type their for there and vice/versa, and your for you're.
