Your scariest game character

Just thinking about over the years, the characters in games that have scared me most.

Mine probably has to be the Nemesis from Resident evil 3.

Made me **** myself when I thought I killed it , went inside a room or building and all of a sudden - *slaming of a door* , nemesis running after me again!!

Never expected it!

So whats your scariest game character? :)
 
The zombie dogs in Resident Evil 1, i remember walking down the hallway then i heard the windows smash and the dogs jumped through, needless to say i **** my pants and ran for the door!
 
anything from F.E.A.R

couldnt play that game at all for s**tin myself, same as when i got quite far on in Farcry and those beats came after u! ;(

Agreed!!

It was my first experience of that sort of game and its fairly near the start. I nearly turned it off, went into the corner of my room, curled up into a little ball and started rocking from side to side I was that scared by those bloomin dogs!!

I said nearly!!!

That pyramid head dude in Silent Hill 2, i'm yet to brave the rest of that game, i gave up shortly after first seeing him D:

Keep in mind i've played and completed all of the resident evils, fear and doom 3, i'm not that huge a wimp but that game just messed me up.
 
Not strictly a character, but the abandoned department store with the mannequins in Condemned was a bit iffy.
