Your status?

Slightly off topic, why is there a minimum search term? It's so bloody annoying.
Wanting to search for windows 8 in thread title only, now that is not going to return to many results. Does it really put extra strain on the server? I don't really see how..

If there was a 'like' button, I'd be clicking it right now :)
 
I'm all for a thanks system as long as there is an option to give them a cyber slap in the face if needed.

Aha, all posts must be approved before they are published as well, just to be sure.

Also avatars and signatures need to be at least 3 times bigger to fall in line with other forums.

got to agree with this, I get annoyed with it regularly :(
 
I don't like the way if you search for something that returns no results, you've got to wait another ten seconds before searching again. Sort of agree about the minimum search characters, on the other hand imagine the server load if it's allowing searches for 'I' and 'a'.
 
I think a rep system would be good, you could get so many rep's and unlock cool new Avatars or just funny hats and such for them.

System would get abused too much though.
