Instead of scrolling how about using home and end to go to the top or bottom of a page?

I usually type "f" in the address bar and choose the forum I want.

I'm sad enough to know that "=109" and "=110" are the mac forums, 23 is games and consoles and 12 is general discussion; amongst other things :o
