Your work uniform

I wear a suit and tie everyday, though being a bank manager it expected that I am smart. What can I say, does it intimadate people? Possibly, but conversely, you are dealing with large amounts of money and it's a serious job.

As for those deporting illegal immigrants - I'd have them in the scariest god-damn uniform I could find - an incentive NOT to try coming back!

What dept are you in at the min then? Something good if youve got covert armour!

Sorry meant to say earlier, HMRC (Ex C&E) National Strike Force.

Money is great on top of my anti social hours, however the phone pretty much can go at any time of the day.

I belive it is not illegal to own a vest. :p

No, however the majority of those on civi street have been missapropriated from various departments or forces. :p They have taken an interest in this recently, as it is a concern the criminal elements being suited.

Never even knew they existed tbh! If you're going into SOCA i presume you are part of the investigatory arm of HMRC?

I appreciate you cant go into detail but what kind of ops do you do? Do you have any AFOs or do you rely on police for that?

There are loads of other LE agencies with units I've never heard of either! :p

Was in intelligence, now on DD to a sort of specialised criminal investigation unit.. until my hopeful transfer to SOCA.

No I don't have a firearm! :D Bloody wish I did sometimes though! :(

We should have a good idea of how armed up they are, if at all. Yes, AFO's would go in first.

Id rather be backed up by the dog team than an ARV, the dogs are just plain terrifying

Dogs in our kennels are just little sniffers lol. Nothing that would put the ****s up anyone! lol

I like to think of us coming through doors and windows with rams is terrifying enough, especially with my bark! :p :D

Navy trousers, navy polo shirt wiv a turquoise right sleeve and orange piping...guess where i work :p

Although apparently trinni and suzanna are redesigning our uniform...get me away from my job pleeeeeeeeeeease

Same as above, but occasionally a suit too if flying down to head office. Summer internship as a project manager for British Airways

On an early its shirt trousers and shoes, but on lates and nights I come in looking like a sack of washing :D

black trousers, hi-tec magnum patrols, black clip on tie, shirt (blue/white/black) and stab vest occassionally

Lots of people here seem to wear polo shirts to work. Is this something I've missed, am I out of touch with current fashion trends

I can wear pretty much what I like in the office. Our clients know we're a laid back company too so we can even be quite casual in meetings too...when I travel to a client though I'll wear a suit.
