Your worst accident.

I´ve got off pretty mildly compared to other people. My worst is when a guy on a pushbike went into me in the early 90s. A few cuts and bruises and a broken tooth. Got my tooth sorted in a couple of hours, on a sunday too!

6 years ago when i married the wife lmao

ok real one now

about 8 years ago i crashed and rolled my car was told another 2"'s to the middle and i would not have been here to tell the tale

Oh, where do I start.
Probably one of the worst ones, where I was lucky I didn't die is when I fell off wyvern carpark 3 storeys up, I broke both my ankles and disolcated one knee as well as tearing both knee ligaments a bit and seriously and damaging the cartillidge.
But it could have been SO much worse

Running around the cars, aged 9, and tripping over. Smacked my knee on the concrete border of the garden. Just felt like a bad knock until I rolled my trousers up. Staring at my kneecap was the first time I'd seen bone in my life ;)

5 stitches did the job.

cycling accident.
A car pulled out of a junction in front of me. I hit his wheel arch, went across the bonnet and hit the curb shoulder first.
I got a dislocated left shoulder with soft tissue injury for good measure, broken collarbone with some nice tendon injuries (acro wotsit tendon...the one at the outside end of the clavicle) , three broken ribs, twisted my knees and various cuts and bruises. Cost me 4 days in hospital. Think I still have a copy of my discharge letter with the details on it.

Annoyingly I got a similar shoulder injury when a woman in an MR2 clipped my back wheel, knocking my off my bike. I like to think she was checking out my backside, but in all probability she was just a crap driver.

In PE (year 7 [I think) we had to do a balance of some form. I did this one, but I can hyper-extend my fingers and thumbs, so my thumbs were in a position that would cause a break if most people tried to emulate it. Someone kicked my arm and my whole body weight went onto my thumb. It snapped across the growth plate, and had to be pinned. I knew it was broken though as in Year 7 I used to read a sports injury book (belonging to my father) while eating breakfast. :p

Car crash - Annoying back ache for 6 months
Mountain Bike Crash - Brake lever went into my sack and made it bleed!!
Motorbike Accident - Foot stuck in chain, went round rear cog. Toe sewn back on as was hanging off.

When I was about 11 I was climbing a wall. when I got near the top the wall started to crumble and fall to peices :\ as a result I fell and landed on a big metal fence spike  (it went through one end of the leg and came out the other leg) almost needed the leg to be amputated.

out the other leg or out the other side?(thought it might be a typo)

Same thing happened to me with my foot, cept it was with a massive nail and a bike shed.

take your pick:

fell off a raleigh extreme aged about 8ish and hit a wall. a reinforcing wire went through my helmet at the back, i have a lump like a little spot there where it went in the flesh (but not my skull, tuff top saved my life) - cuts and bruises, and a bit of a nasty tear on the nose. all faded away now.

Sliced my wrist aged 16 on the ragged bootlid of a 1983 honda civc, got a 3" deep wide scar running up the main vein. That went a gusher.. i was like *looks at it* "cool...oh ****" ran and got help

Had a nearside rear blowout at..er.. speed.. in a modded S13 Nissan 200 "Silvia" a few years ago. Lucky it had a FIA crash structure(i like my safety stuff), it spun a lot, hit a kerb, went over a few times, hit a wall, spun a lot, and came to a rest against a steel lamppost

Bruises and strains. That's it. the car was, to say the least, totalled. I was v.lucky to get out of it.

Don't drive quite so quickly now either.

The one that hurt the most i got to say was when i jumped off some stairs, like, the last four, and landed with one foot on some uneven floor and went over on my ankle. i was heavy at the time, like, 17 stone. That really, really hurt. Couldnt walk for a few days, it was painful for a couple of weeks, but it wasnt damaged beyond strained muscles. Boy it hurt though

EDIT: i have a little barely visible scar on my left index finger from where a parrot bit me :D

Whats your worst accident?

So far mine has to be when i was 9, i was bringing in the milk in the morning, and both my hands were full, so i pushed the door to with my foot and it slammed resulting my my foot being forced through one of the glass paynes.

I had 7 stitches but it was ok, i had a free happy meal voucher off my Doctor for being brave :D

When I was wee-sized I tried to peel an apple with a bread knife. There was some visible bone on my index finger and lots of the red stuff. There is also a faint scar still visible 17~ years later!

I also once fell down the stairs. My cousin and I were playing on *** stairs and he pushed me (!)

Finally my uncle once accidentally fired a wooden arrow (non pointy) into my left eye and had to wear those padded patch things. Because of the arrow too my left eye is unable to focus as clear as my right eye, it does not strain or anything but when I view the world with just the left eye I can see everything it's just a smidge out of focus compared to the crispness of the right eye.

Back in January I put my arm through a pane glass window.

Here's a pic I took about a week after when my bandages came off.

Turned on a mechanical saw before i had removed my hand, crushed my hand against vice broke 4 fingers and bones viewable through deep cuts.

fractured my wrist. (im not gonna go into how that happened :p)

fractured my jaw in a school fight.

got shot and being at a weird angle bullet hit face and got stuck in my bottom teeth set (lucky)

And crashing the car @ just over 120mph, crashed into a mazda, crushed the bmw (x5?) jeep in front, made it look like a mini, and totaly the van in front of that. which resulted me going through the windscreen (airbag didnt go off)

walked out of that one with just cuts all over face and a busted eye though.

When I was about 3/4 I severed the end of the little finger on my right hand when a door slammed shut on it. It was stuck back on but the tip is still much smaller than the rest of my finger so it looks a bit strange.

Out the other side sorry.
Didnt really feel any pain. Luckly shock kicked in more or less straight away, I stupidly pulled it off which was why it nearly needed amputates, i was a kid new non the wiser :o

Snapped my banjo about 5 years ago.

Good Lord, I remember that too. A few years ago my gf and I were somewhere between 68 and 70 when I heard her go "oh darling I'm so sorry!!". I looked down and there was blood pooling over my lower half.

That really ****** me off because then I couldn't have sex for a few days. I hadn't seen her for two weeks and was feeling in desperate need of some.

I also got flipped by a car and fell off a cliff in Derbyshire but those weren't as annoying.
