I personally think its worse as well, i hate the new youtube

The fact that they have a link to a seperate page where you can 'learn' how to get around the new layout suggests they didn't do a good job. How many normal people (who aren't computer enthusiasts like us) want to learn how to use youtube when they already did know and were happy?

Wow i didn't realise how bad it was, i've had some form of ad blocking for so long now i never knew it had gotten this bad on youtube and the web in general, i just tried it without any to see and youtube even has ad overlays on top videos, that must really make it annoying to use, do people really have to close them on every video?

It's ad supported which is worse than paid for imo ( the ads before the vids are ****).
