It's an estimate from this website... they're quoting the upper range and running with it. It assumes that every view = ad revenue when in reality it doesn't work like that.
Sounds like you're getting recommendations based upon your recent views. Either browse without being logged in or clear your youtube search history.
i am telling you the adsense money generated from his views. so if hes on £1800 a day based of his views then work it out a month.you get roughly £600 per million views from adsense.he will have other deals though obviously.

I really like when he has people on talking about war stories. My favourite was probably the guy who was a Top Gun instructor and had been to Iraq.

I don't have a Google account, a browser history or even any persisting cookies, DOM storage or anything like that. So the recommendations I get from Youtube are based on the videos I've watched in that browser session. They're almost all of some relevance. Lots of smithing and other making stuff videos. Sword making at the moment - it's far more complicated than many people think and I find it fascinating to watch a skilled smith making a sword and explaining the process. It's far more than the shaping, although that's also skilled work. Lindybeige is currently doing some videos on making a sword himself, guided by a proper swordsmith. They show the effect of skill even just on shaping - the smith can do any part of the job far better in a tenth of the time.
Maybe that's the problem then. Try logging in to Google. I've never had the (mis)pleasure of seeing this guy's videos and was also only made aware from him by this thread. My recommendations are pretty much 90% Minecraft videos, my kids watch a guy called DanTDM who makes child friendly content. The rest are funny animals.
Haha, I soon set my daughter up with her own Google account for this very reason!

i force my kids to use a different browser if they're looking at youtube on my computer. Otherwise they'll completely ruin my recommended vids lists.

What do you think of the latest press conference, you probably haven't seen it. I don't keep up with all this gunk generally but seen the latest. KSI guy is well out of order, just at the level of a feral street thug.
