i know they've blanked out the speedo but shouldn't have blanked out the rev counter as well?

Couldn't the police work out a rough speed based on the rev counter and the gear he was in?
rider could always claim broken rev counter, which is perfectly legal for road use.

this wouldnt stop a very determined person from working out a good estimate of the bikes speed based on the engine note and gear ratios because this is done in F1 all the time (except they are given speed and engine note, and can work out gear ratios and even fuel levels). would the police do that though? doubt it
 
Is that A330 clip genuine? Didn't think it would have the necessary thrust to keep it mid-air like that - not to mention the instability!
 
Looks local, A329?

definitely Reading, and having looked on google maps, definitely the A329. during a whole 5 seconds of that video the rider goes in the bit of reading irecognise, because i use it when im walking to the train station.

at ~4:58 he is at the junction of kings road and the A329, next to the wynford arms.
