Do you actually think that no one would have tried this before? They don't use anything unusual, just normal trainers, it is FAKE and impossible unless you are a NINJA!!!!
It could, depending on the angle of impact and the speed. It's the same principle as skimming a flat stone over water. If you have enough speed, a shallow enough angle, a large enough surface area and little in the way of protusions, you can skim the thing over water.
A bog standard Morris Minor with a rocket stuck on it, maybe. I think you'd need a lot more speed than the standard engine could give it. You could probably do it with some cars without modifications.
