I'm curious now as to how much lift you could get from a HDD with an efficiently shaped lightweight propellor. Would it be possible to make a flying helidrive? :) I doubt it, but I'm not sure that it's impossible.

I'm assuming you're being sarcastic, especially since you've worked so closely with sharks.

Whale sharks are not aquatic mammals. They are fish. Albeit really big fish.

Whales are aquatic mammals.
