I've got one of these boards which boot loops will give this a try in a min see if it works. Mine seems to only boot loop when I turn the monitor on first. If I turn the PC on let it load up and then turn the monitor on it's fine.

Had all kinds of problems with a z77x d3h mobo and my brother did also.
I changed it to a sabertooth and all has been fine since (2 years ago).
Guessing gigabyte made a flawed board or crappy drivers because i had nothing but problems from the first day.

Yeah, I wish I'd changed a long time ago but just ain't worth it now. Fingers crossed no loops since the PLL voltage trick ....

Did this work out for you in the end munkey? To answer your question I pushed the oc back to 4.3. Might go for a bit more now with it being old kit.

Hey bud, without wanting to tempt the fickle hand of fete, all is working well

not had one loop since trying the about and now have my original OC of 4.5 full time.
