I know, that's why I mentioned that they were an anti-equipment munition rather than AP. I thought maybe that's what Will's brother was referring to and that the 50 degree figure was incorrect.

Got me a conspiracy theory - Now we know why Global Warming is happening. The Americans are using their heat ray to unbalance the world powers, and they have a freeze ray as well, to set it right. When their plan is ennacted, they can easily take over the flooded assets around the world.
