Zelda DS

Yeah just finished downloading the trailer. Nintendo's servers are going at like 9kbs so it took a while.

It looks absolutely stunning. It is most definately 3d but with some very sensible camera angles and some ingenious features.

Custom map notes are cool and the puzzles are bound to rock.
 
I think it looks great. Looks like we're gonna get some nice use out of out stylus's too :D

It's on my "To buy" list :p
 
CAnt wait... I still play GBA Zelda on the DS... Its awesome... :D

That looks like a cross breed between the Snes/GBA version and OOT... Wicked... :cool:
 
My mate sent me a link to the video.
It looks awesome. Completely out of the blue, and im more excited about it that TP.

Im liking how screens move between the screens so smoothly. Very slick GUI from what i've seen.
 
I don't think they've said. Could be a while going by Nintendo's track record.

Twighlight Princess is due for August 25th isn't it? Or has it been delayed again?

Perhaps Christmas time for Zelda DS? That's probably wishful thinking though.


I wonder if there will be some sort of Revolution connectivity.
 
Might get this. Never got into Zelda, never even owned a Zelda game. I really should give it a try.

Stop what your doing. Goto a games shop. Get a GC+TWW or a DS+any GB Zelda game.
No excuses. ;)

In all fairness, all Zelda games are very good in their own way. TWW has its haters, but that was mostly due to their impressions of the game visually, and it usually stemmed outwards from that, with flaws picked out left, right & center for the sake of pointing them out. Not forgetting that every game is flawed. Even the masterpiece that was OOT.

This is gonna be an amazing year for games.
Zelda:Twilight Princess.
Zelda DS.
Tetris DS.
Electroplankton.
Metroid Prime Hunters.
The Nintendo Revolution.
Splinter Cell: Double Agent.

To name but a few of the games/hardwares im looking forward to. :D

Well I'm not going to shell out for a GC but a GBA zelda game is a possibility. If I get a rev though I guess that means I'd be able to play the entire back catalogue of zelda games.

TWW is worth getting a GC for alone. Add to that 20+ games that are must owns and you have a good little purchases on your hands.
Ive heard that brand new GCs can be picked up for as little as £40 now, from someplaces.
 
I just hope that the game is a reasonable length with multiple ways to play - ie you have to be in a certain place at a certain time again for stuff to happen.

I really enjoyed Another Code on the DS for it only played for a matter of hours :(
