Zen FTTP lower than advertised speeds

I get about 870-900 on a wired connection. I get 550-560 download via wifi (via iphone 8) and my router is an older Asus 5300AC model from 2015. I'm pleased with the wifi results, and don't see any point in upgrading anything for what is likely to be a marginal improvement.

WiFi6 2x2 client on a WiFi6 2x2 access point then the realistic maximum throughput is 600-800Mbps and that can drop off as additional clients are added.

WiFi6 4x4 client on a WiFi6 4x4 access point with a 1Gbps uplink will saturate that 1Gbps link.

WiFi6 4x4 client on WiFi6 4x4 access point with a 2.5Gbps uplink will realistically transfer data at 1.2GBps - 1.4Gbps and multiple 4x4 clients can saturate the uplink.

A well-tuned WiFi5 Wave2 MuMiMo 4x4 access point can easily hit 600Mbps with a 4x4 WiFi5 AC client.
