ive just watched zero dark thirty (about osama) and my thoughts on it was that it dragged and their was only one good part to it.what do you guys think?

My mate raved about it and so decided to watch it, it was mildly entertaining in places but dragged out way too long and was pretty boring for most of it.

6/10.

Really enjoyed it tbh.
The raid scene at the end was edge of your seat stuff, even though you knew what was going to happen!

Film was terrible and unrealistic, the storming of the house at the end is how me and a bunch of mates might do it after a couple of hours booze and cs:go! Certainly not what i would expect from Americas elite.
I mean calling the bad guys by name and them actually coming to be shot...... come on!!!!!

id say it was 99% accurate to two completely separate accounts I have read, ("The Finish" by Mark Bowden and "No Easy Day - written by one of the Seals who was on the raid)

Obama bin ladin was not even wanted to for any terrorist activities. I don't see why he was the main target of "war on terror".

The guy was a son of a wealthy saudi and worked with the americans in the 80s and 90s and by the time iraq came a long he was not even actively involved in anything against America because he was considered an ally. But don't worry they will make a sensationalist movie about trying to kill him and it will be a victory for american/isreali war on terror, but throw the body in the ocean and kill the marines that apparently did it with a dodgy helicopter crash. Set up some fake stories in the controlled media and the lies become a reality.

They have basically just gone out and made up a bunch of lies about his death. It was fake when it happened, it was fake after it happened and its still fake now even though they have made a movies about it. :D

"no but its real i saw it in the movie"

LOL :D

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

I was intrigued by the film but its by the same person who did Hurt Locker yea? That was turd.

Decent but not as good as The Hurt Locker. Kathryn Bigelow does a great job in both this and The Hurt Locker of building the tension that keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout even when you know the ending. Deserved its Oscar nomination but Argo was the rightful winner.

It's good because of the story it's telling, regardless of how it tells it imo. Just like Act Of Valor.

It's also cool because of the gear in it :D - Quiet/low radar signature Blackhawk, GPNVG-18, Ops Cores, LBT 6094s, AOR1 camo, loads of Crye Precision stuff, HK416, HK MP7, etc. I just think films in general about real HSLD guys are badass and awesome :p
