ZOMBIESSS!!!!

I see where you are coming from with the fast Zombies but personally large groups of the slower "Shaun of the Dead" type Zombies are much more scary to me.

Being overwhelmed slowly is just horrifying!

Also you left out "Head Crab" (Half Life) style Zombies which in my opinion are the most scary! :(

First time that one came crashing through in RE2 police station I quite literally turtle-headed. Dropped the controller and ran to the toilet. Not played RE since. I was 12.
 
I want slow Zombies just so I can grab an axe and say "Go ahead, Axe me a question!" before slicing and dicing the meatheads!
 
i feel like a zombie every monday morning.....

the walking dead zombies are the worst....being overpowered by a hungry mob wanting

to take every last piece of flesh of you.....my brother made me watch zombie flesh

eaters when i was 8...gave me knightmares for 3 months.....
 
When I think Zombie, I think slow moving, infected on the other hand can be fast but a real Zombie should be undead and therefore slow moving.

On topic however, although as said the fast ones are worse for ammo wastage, I still think the idea of being overwhelmed by slow zombies is worse.

Personally I'd say the slower moving ones would be the most dangerous, I'm sure enough survivors will have acquired sufficient shooting skills through the likes of COD Black Ops in order to competently deal with any of the faster moving ones! ;)
 
Any zombie you have to melee really.

In a lot of these zombie films and programs people go all out melee them with bats, spraying zombie blood everywhere. Yet surely one speck of blood of going into your eye, mouth or open wound would cause you to get infected.
 
What people seems to be be forgetting is fast rage zombies can be in large groups 2.. its not just fast zombie or horde of slow ones... horde of fast zombies = instant death to everyone!!

But they've been dead for however long, surely their muscles are starting to degrade, especially due to the lack of food and water, and I'm guessing rigor mortis will set in after a while too.
