Not sure I'm convinced on this game which is a real shame as I remember being younger and being so hyped.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but the graphics look blurry and low texture even at 4k maxed out.

Mrk's screenies above are at 4k with a couple of texture and lighting mods. That's what the game should look like if the game is running to fully optimised.

Then again I dream of a game like the original deus ex with modern budget. I wouldn't even care about graphics!

Me too, that is still the best game ever. Though C2077 is good.

Mine are at 3440x1440 but at 5160x2160 the visuals are identical, just at the higher resolution with a lower framerate - So resolution is mostly irrelevant here once you're at 1440P or above in an engine like this with max settings.

When I bought Phantom Liberty the other day, the download kept failing in the GOG app after getting to 3%. I ended up deleting the whole game and downloading again, which included the DLC.

Now I'm trying to install RedMod and getting the same issue; download failing - is this a common issue?

Environment Textures Overhaul

Mod replaces a lot of low quality textures to remade higher fidelity ones, while trying to match vanilla look.

You can use either as standalones or you can use both together. Though you will have to rename ETO_1.0_2k.archive to !ETO_1.0_2k.archive The rename changes the order the game loads the mods

Am I the only one getting the radio randomly turning on?

It's very annoying!

Was this a bug? Seeing as it's still happening, and the radio keybind is on screen in the usual place it feels like this is now a 'feature'. I'd rather my character's headphones were off by default.

My fix was turning the radio volume to zero. That solved that one!

I don't use Vortex so cant answer to that but its easy enough to manually change the name. These files are located in

..\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod

I’m near the end of CP, where you get the mag about not being able to go back etc. I’ve not done PL yet. Do you recommend I start PL or just finish CP first?

I tend to mod the heck out of most games but haven't felt the need to do much with Cyberpunk but... having seen some high res textures I might be swayed to add some.
