v3.0 HAS STABLE FLIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

v304stableflight.jpg

And thats even when 6 engines didn't work!!!!!

The plane would've kept going but my structural pylons didn't eject far enough and tore the back half off. Thankfully, the front half with loads of wings still survived and it was a safe landing :)

I can finally buy this :p

And yay, gratz Cleee! :D

Ohh, poor student syndrom?
PS: Nice rig, be sure to overclock that i5. As KSP loves every MHz it can get! :D
I am sure your playing the Demo, to keep you entertained in the mean time?

On a personal note, I THING, I have a cracking VTOL Design!
It remains stable, an re-active to inputs below 10M/s, an hoovers properly,
ie, in one spot an only needs 30% throttle to remain aloft!
Even had it upto 15KM, before loosing control.
The wheels are connected through a hard point, so no soft/flexible wheels letting the engine's touch Tera Ferma.. :D

Behold: The VTOL3 (Original I know) Yes Landed on the VAB!

So after seeing Cleees post about this in TIAM, I tried the demo. And then bought the game... It's awesome.

Loads of mod packs to try also, just now I'm just using the default kit and trying to get the biggest multistage I can off the ground.

Cheers Cleecooo :D

Cool, but did you make a flying, engineless Turbine yet?

Nope, the Wong flex on the deltas is so bad it flaps a lot :p

Still need engines though :(

Yup, and I have Oc'd up to 4GHz, but that's as hot as I will let it get on this cooler, but maybe when I get a new cooler I will get it to 4.5 if I can!

And yes im loving the demo!
