That could mean it ships any time up to and including 5 November or that it ships before 5 November. Depends how you want to read it.

wonders about this in white or the xperia z1 which is pretty much same hardware but decent camera...... argh decisions......

wonders if battery life will be acceptable on the N5 as N4 was dire.

I've never had an Android phone but this does look really nice. I'd like to see one in the flesh first though as it looks quite big.
