Fix my shin splints on both legs, get back to running distance when healed and improve my muay thai. Also try to go to Thailand for a bit of training(this might be more of a wish).

- Gain another stone (sit at a comfortable 17 stone).
- Keep body fat low, and lowerrr it ever so slightly more.
- Get guns up to at least 19 inches, 20 would be nice. so another inch or two.
- Increase cardio cv, sprints etc healthier heart, healthier body.
- Increase strength.

Still plan to not eat organised just the usual eat when I want, still will drink now and then as this year I have done all year and it's not harmed me tbh.

Keep my weight loss going at a the current speed (2lbs a week).

To be under 15 stone (another 18lbs loss needed)

To be under 18% bf. (currently 28%)

To look at building muscle (around March/April)

To join a sport/gym club.

:)

1. Get more structure in my swim training.
2. Run a 21km every weekend.
3. Go to the gym for some regular core training.

That's about it.

Edit: After falling 5 miles short of 6,500 miles cycled for the year (neck injury means I won't get out in the next few days) I want to beat 7,000 miles next year.

I also want to be more disciplined about logging my running, swimming and cycling on dailymile.
