Well I went for my first climb in 3 weeks today and that 7 is looking hard! Couldn't make it up a 5+, amazing what a few weeks of slacking and eating too much does to you.

1. Beat all big lifts (bench/dead/squat/clean) by 10kg each ;D
2. Take part in at least 2 inter club fight nights
3. Arrange another strongman meet

I've dropped to ~89kg now so its going to be a bit of work but I'm up for it.

Do more of workout to actually build some proper muscles, go back on the diet starting from today - want 10-13% body fat as opposed to the 20-22% I am atm

Also need to build some proper cardio

I actually now find it easier to diet than to eat enough to maintain my weight, I have to remind my self to eat that bit more to maintain weight ... so the dieting will not be hard :) Though it is another 3 months of diet :(

Prepare for my first comp next year. All the known novice ones for this year are full and have loads of reserves unless I go travelling to scotland (no thanks!).

Ride to work. get a bike and ride myself to work and back, it's not far so shouldnt be that hard!

  • Fine tune diet
  • Get fit
  • Pack on some muscle
  • Restart martial arts
  • Find a sport to play

Back in the real world:

Doubt I can even do that though.

Well, mine is barely lasting :(

Was doing fine and doing a good workout, until this past week ... where I've been at work 9-5 and then using the Uni CAD rooms 6:30-10:30

Been barely getting a decent workout in :(

1) Start up some MMA training
2) maybe add some swimming in
3) Carry on my current morning cardio and 4 day a week gym sessions
4) Concerntrate on loosing my flabby belly and back and love handles.
5) Concerntrate on my skimpy ass legs a lot more
6) Get from my current 15" arms to a more reputable 16" atleast.. more the happier.
7) sort a routine and diet out thats better than my current.

Most of them are quite easy steps in all honesty. Just need ideas for some food i can make on sundays and freeze it to eat for the rest of the week.

Just want to lose 1 stone to 1.5 stone, shouldn't be too hard. lose the fat i seem to have gained very fast recently.
as soon as the weather improves i'll be able to bike to and from work, or walk to work and jog/run home.
