Do more of workout to actually build some proper muscles, go back on the diet starting from today - want 10-13% body fat as opposed to the 20-22% I am atm
Also need to build some proper cardio
I actually now find it easier to diet than to eat enough to maintain my weight, I have to remind my self to eat that bit more to maintain weight ... so the dieting will not be hard
Though it is another 3 months of diet
