Thought it would be a good idea to have a poll. I've added an earlier date as an option for those who are impatient or can't make May 3rd (Stan, I'm looking at you). :)

I won't choose a date because it's pretty easy to get there from Oxford and I can probably drop in even if I have something else going on that weekend.
(At my age it's a minefield of weddings, stag dos, thirtieth birthdays and sadly work)

If I were to come then it would need to be some time during term time, so one of the May options would be better for me. Other than that, I'd be in the blessed regions of Yorkshire.
 
I'll also not vote because I'm also local, though I have to say the current frontrunner suits me best.

How about we leave it open until Sunday and then take it from there. :)
 
You know what, I think it's time for you to all meet this 'ere angel of death! :p

I'm up for it, will get the train down and get a hotel for the night. Is there a Dakota hotel nearby, my favs! :D

I'm up for any date really, although the sooner the better for me personally!
 
I voted for the March option since I'm working at the beginning of May.

It would be really ace to meet you guys - see who my fellow obsessives really are :)
 
Looks like its going to be the 15th of March. Although the poll is open till sunday so it could still be beer festival weekend.
 
Yes, there's nothing stopping anyone from doing both, but unfortunately I can't. 15th March works better for me so I can't complain if that's the outcome.
 
Beer festival has it's attractions, but may make places far more crowded, such that accommodating a group of us is problematic.
