UPS picking up from MS repair centre

Well got in from work to find that they had tried to deliver but couldn't. Re-arranged delivery for tomorrow at work. Was looking forward to some CoD4
 
I just called xbox support. They are expecting UPS to collect tomorrow, for delivery in 3-4 business days.

I think it's shocking that my console has been sitting there for nearly a week, fixed.

I can take it though....I'm a grown man......


AAAAAAAARGH!! MUST...PLAY...COD4...AND...BURNOUT...PARADISE!!!
 
Sent mine off as of today. Got operation on 5th February, so hopefully it will be back in time, but doubt it. :(

They told me the same thing last thursday and as you know, I received mine on monday.
Provding UPS collect it tomorrow you will have it back on monday.
The UPS service MS use is the 'standard' service and this is a next day anytime delivery service.
The support centre only quotes 3 - 4 business days to cover themselves just in case there is a hiccup such as no one being in to accept it.
Trust me on this because whenever I am in your neck of the woods, you will owe me a pint if I am correct :D

You saying that made me check mine again, mine's in transit too :D Not as big a deal for me as it is you, as I bought myself an Arcade while it was away. But nice to see it's taken exactly 2 weeks on the dot.

when did UPS pick yours up? Mine was picked up on the 15th. It's been repaired but there is no movement on the UPS tracker at the moment, except billing info being received :(

Picked up from my house? It was 2 weeks ago today. Then I got the new tracking number for UPS on the 22nd, stayed as Billing Information received until the 24th when it was scanned in Tamworth. Then sent here.
Not yet got it but it's on a van somewhere.

Mine changed to billing info rec'd on the 22nd. But the tracking info hasn't changed :(

Mine arrived about 30mins ago. UPS van had 2 punctures so far today otherwise it would have got here earlier.
Selling it on now anyhow so it was just handy it turned up faster than I expected.
 
I'm a bit confused mine was picked up last friday, it changed to "device received at service centre" through the week, now i look and it's gone. i get:

Manage registered devices (select one below)

You have no registered devices.

Is this normal?
 
Ah sod, i've just realised it was pointing at the us site and not showing my information. Put it back to the uk and i'm getting Device Received at Service Center.

Panic over lol :D
