Stick to OEM alloys or get some CSL reps?

Never thought about the weight TBH but they can be 12kg heavier, is that correct, seems like and awfully large amount to me.

yeah, right about the time i sold my M3 i bought a house :p u can see the effect it had on me LOL
dont worry tho a new arrival is on the way, back to good old petrol for me and maybe even back to the BMW fold ;)

Paras, I MUST be told what your business's do. I did attempt the dog washing business but found dog owners are tight and thus it would take me 6000 dogs before I can afford one BMW 335i

I own few different companies, we install both residential and commercial satellite systems, High-end (ish) home cinema systems and lots of plasma TV’s.

Im also a part owner of a construction company but it has not made us any money yet. I don’t actually make that much; however I am not burdened with ridiculous house prices so my mortgage is quite small and I don’t spend much going out because im working all day lol

But if lived in the US I would not be driving a 335, more like a 911 C4s / Turbo!

I installed a plasma tv in my living room the other day, it was very hard work, the TV weighed maybe 100lbs and I had to put it on a stud by guessing where they are.

Personally I think I did a good job, it even comes out of the wall and you can twist it around!

Wow nice house you have there. Installing a 50” screen is actually quite hard work, we install a lot of 2.1m satellite dishes which is even worse. Imagine trying to pull an 80kg satellite dish up to the top of a building (3 to 5 floors up) using a rope.

I concur, just trying to hook it onto the bracket was a nightmare, I lifted it sort of guess and just had to test if it had hooked on. must have had a heart attack 3 or 4 times in a row at one point.

Houses are cheaper here then europe and much much bigger too :D

Post 'em up, post 'em up :)
I have about a million things to fit to the car over the next few days, Intravee, ipod adapter, MP3 changer, TV tuner and HIDs - ok 3 or 4 things. ;)

It's still in 'dealer wash' state so I want to get the polish out before taking some nice pics. I am definitely in love though, it's been a long time since I drove a car which I really can 'feel', it's hard to explain. I still have Bridgestone Potenza runflats on but I'm pleasantly surprised by them so far after hearing a lot of horror stories.

why would u use 2.1m dishes? modern ones are only a few feet in diameter..

depends what you are trying to pickup. We dont do that many 2.1 as they cost so much (1500 pounds all in) for a good one and the cheap polish crap is a wast of time.

fair enough.. its just we havent had one that big since the 1990s :p

we had a new one installed recently, 4-in-1 head, can pick up a fair amount and i was surprised by the tiny size and low weight.. did cost around €700 tho :/
