About 7 years ago some idiots threw a brick from the side of the motorway onto my mothers car. Luckily it just damaged the windscreen, could have been so much worse as this article proves.
Regardless of age this muppet should be in jail for at least 10 years, not 3.

I never understand stuff like this - surely the prisons are full of people who've done similar things, so surely they'll welcome him with open arms?

I suppose on one hand you could say the society failed the accused, yes he had family issues but thats no excuse for what happened.

tbh if it was my dad he had killed I would commit a crime and be sure to be placed in same prison as him to which I would keyboard him to death. from then on I would stay in prison killing all murderers in silence in the name of justice. no foul man would live by my righteous hand, no destructive creature would survive the power of my undeniable power, no being will ever think twice about commiting such attrocities!....

Sad thing is, the **** will be out in half that no doubt.
I don't see what the idiot's family life (or lack of it) has to do with the case he thought it would be funny to throw bricks off a bridge into traffic and killed somebody. He should be sentenced to being an organ donor imo.
