Forceware 174.16 WHQL Candidate XP 32/64bit

New drivers at the Nvidia site for the 9600 GT, but ive modded them to work on all 6/7/8 series cards for anyone that wants to give them a try.:D

Don't install the drivers from the downloaded.exe, extract it, then copy my modded .inf into the folder you extracted the drivers to, to replace the .inf thats in there, and then run the setup.exe from in there to install drivers as normal. :)

EDIT: If you download English only drivers, then download this modded .inf, above .inf is only for International set.

Yeah they work, i put my old 320mb GTS in to try them out, installed fine.:)

EDIT: English International version is why they 71mb.:D

Cheers Loadsa. I'll wait until Tom posts his results before trying them with my GTX. Plus I tried the download drivers and got 7.7kb/s first try and 35kb/s second try on a 20Meg line so I'm leaving it until later to grab them and that gives me time to digest Tom's findings ;).

I hope I will see some improvements from the 169.39's.
 
No problems here they even seemed to boost Crysis by a few FPS. They seem fine.

Oooooh, looking great so far :D. Cheers Tom ;).

Now if I can only get the blimmin' download to start!!!!!. Virgin media are garbage in Edinburgh since the 20Meg upgrade although Newsgroups are always full speed and I rarely use it. I've got a BT line so I will just have to move to ADSL. HASSLE :(.
