I don't get a courtesy car as the garage isn't on the approved repairers list.
Didnt you try my suggestion?

I don't get a courtesy car as the garage isn't on the approved repairers list.

I wouldn't worry too much about the mods.
When I had an assessor come out and look at my car (220) it had different wheels, was on lowered springs and had a big exhaust.
Some news, it's been wrote off
Going to send the insurance co my details required and they will start making me offers.
Neil.

Can I buy the car back?
It is not our policy to allow this because the Government and the Association of British Insurers have issued guidelines to all insurance companies with specific instructions on what must be done with written off cars.
Been reading an email they sent me, the following is at the bottom:
Only want to buy it back to sell the parts.
Neil.
I'm buying another, already got a quote saved on the insurance companies website.Bit of a shame, I assume you wont be getting another?
EDIT: If you're breaking it, I may be interested in some stuff. /vulture
No more syncro issues, but buying another car without 'knowing' it could/will mean a few bills are expected. What a shame neil, on the upside your syncro is no longer an issue!
Hope you can buy it back, can't see why this would be an problem.
