I think the lady has decided on a Yorkshire Terrier if I've read Gilly's posts correctly so no other dog matters that much now.
I didn't think "teacup" was an official breed or anything, it's just the description of a small dog, like a teacup sized dog, therefore teacup terrier. That picture is a puppy too.

Rats on a rope aren't dogs, a dog has to reach knee height.

a yappy little snarly old woman's dog. I hate them, enjoy Gilly 
She is 19 years old and when I say font of all knowledge I mean just about dog and breeds of dogs, she is mad about dogs and wants to be a dog handler in the police force after uni!
A fancy rat would be better than a Yorkie. Similar size, cuter, doesn't yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap-yap.

What I find amazing about that dog, is not the fact that all its fur has fallen off, or that he looks little malnutritioned, or that some of his teeth have fallen out, or even that he is the ugliest dog on the internet. No, what fascinates me about him is the fact that his eyeballs have no pupils - his eyes are all white. How is this possible? Is he a blind dog?
