I haven't taken this many screenies of a game since PoP Sands Of Time!

Is multisampling a mix of anti aliasing and anisotropic filtering?

Desperate times people (pulled the drive out of another PC and hooked it up to mine now works!!!):

haha thats the kinda gaming dedication i like to see, to be honest it was a bit arsey with my dvd drive but worked in the end, and was well worth it!, enjoy the game dude!! Go kill em all!!

been playing it today and its all good, enjoying it so far (just got into Damascus) - but already I'm becoming aware of one of the main criticisms, which is that they have presented you with this huge, open beautiful landscape with buildings to climb and people everywhere, but there isnt actually anything to do in it other than walk around and pick up the occasional flag.

I havent quite figured out the 'aware' system yet, so I'm getting guards attacking me without me knowing why, which is annoying too...

Have you tried climbing the towers yet?

Could have been a great game..but the great graphics soon get tired and then you realise the gameplay is BAD.

Thanks, and you too mate! Superb so far fantastic game worth all the effort!!

It also reveals missions, eg pickpocketing and eavesdropping, so its well worth doing. Plus there's the save a citizen missions which are quite fun. I just wish you could save before the assassination so you can repeat it in different ways, instead of having to go back.

Well done Ubisoft.Quitting the game is a pain,I have to go through a billion screens(exit memory, exit that machine, leave the lab and then I have to log in to my profile AGAIN,just to quit.Or I am really stupid and I havent noticed a simple "quit" button. What a joke.

Exactly what i had to do, borrowed a rubbish ancient IDE dvd rom drive of a mate and even had my case on the side like you had it. Rubbish really from a modern game to have to do that really.

I was amazed, no problems whatsoever - and I can run at medium-high settings.

I was expecting some hiccups, but none so far.

Use Alt + F4 to quit :)
Yes, been doing that the 2nd time i ran it, is there actually a proper way to quit, because the last 'Exit' option i could find takes me to the 'create profile' page  mental!

Yeh...done about 5 of them so far, but it doesn't really do much? Just get to the top and it reveals a portion of the map. Am I missing something?
Go chop up some guards!
