Unlucky :/ I havent got it either, I got fed up with bowling pretty quick. Darts however is great, I got my achievement after a tidy 161 finish in the game before. Im going back there :>

Anyones ps3 game keeps on freezing? Mine is doing it at the internet cafe and in the middle of some missions. Got to switch the console off at the back to get it started up again.
 
I am kinda lost what to do in the game, apart from saving that annoying Roman all the time Grrrrrrrrr. Trying dating Michelle but it feels like hard work, when do i get a gun ? And how do you make money?
 
Loving GTA4 :D

TV, Internet, hailing cabs, loads of mini games (darts, pool etc...) it's brilliant.

I love the fact that Bas Rutten has his own TV show in the game (The Men's Room) awesome :D

Thoroughly impressed by it so far!
 
I wonder if it's corrupting the Autosaves somehow. I haven't saved the game manually yet. If there's a bug been introduced in the Autosave then I'll have to start again from scratch and make sure I go back to the house and safe after each mission... I wonder if that will help.

I do like the way it's harder to get weapons in this version... previous versions every man, his dog and the tree by him had an AK47.

I've found a few shotguns so far, a couple of people carry knives but generally they're all a lot harder to come by.

For money, try mugging people... quick and easy cash.

I not been in the internet cafe yet but ive not had one freeze yet on the ps3 version, saying that am only like 10% in the game mind.

Make money by doing missions, or just robbing people in the street. :)

You get a gun when you first meet LJ (Little Jacob). Which isn't very far into the game.

You unlock the cab hailing ability after doing a certain mission, it's relatively early in the game so just keep doing some missions.

This was one thing that was bugging me at the start, I thought something was wrong and ended up googling it.

You meet more people quickly leading to new missions and new people - and guns! Dating michelle isn't too hard. She doesn't really like Cabaret, likes Bowling and going to the Bar. 3 dates and i'd got my "Warm Coffee" achievement. Money by doing missions, shortly into the game you unlock the ability to taxi properly for Roman making you money doing taxi runs.
 
On another note, does anyone else think that the guns are too heavily used in the game? Almost every single mission I am doing now involves shooting about 10 people, or 'backing someone up' while they deal drugs.

Just seems like R* ran out of ideas.. every mission is basically the same.
 
Reinstalling it wont help, people already tried that on other forums. (PS3 specific)

It hasn't crashed for me yet but I haven't played the PS3 version much, will report back in a bit.
