Did anyone else feel a nasty sickly feeling when Carvalho made, what I saw as a disgusting red card deserving, high and late challenge on Ronaldo's standing foot?

It was very similar to the way Eduardo ended up with a broken leg.
 
I hate John Terry more than anyone but to say he definitely spat at Tevez is ridiculous and way off the mark. I've seen a very clear .gif of the incident and to me it looks as though Terry is covering his mouth to hide what he is saying. It doesn't look like he spat at all, and Tevez touching his neck could be for any reason, it's a very delayed reaction if he is wiping spit away.

And that's an awful video to be forming an opinion from. Very unclear, and makes it look a lot worse than the clear .gif I've seen.

Rooney was not made the scapegoat there. It was actually Ronaldo who was met with fierce vitriol and hatred.

It was at that point that most English fans stated that Ronaldo would be sold off within days. Years later, he is now rated as the best player in the world (by many).

Gotta say tho, how much of an emotional girl Ronaldo, blubbering away on the floor when everyone ran towards VDS, mind JT was no better.Man up you bunch of Homo's:p

Bit of a boring game in all, United just seemed to be too scared to lose in the second half, if they had played like they did in the 1st half, they would have one comfortably.There was some immense perfomances from both defences on the night, and yes Carrick was just pure class,ran the show.

I did feel sorry for JT tho, he had a great game imo.

Anyway for me, i think English football is ruling the roost again, just like we did in the 70's & 80's.

People don't watch Carrick enough, I'd rate him in the top 5 CM's in the EPL without a doubt. If other people don't think so, fine, but for the current best team in the World, back to back Premiership Champions, he's the first name down in CM and we've just signed him on a new 4 year contract. If we thought he was overrated we would have sold him wouldn't we? The fact is, he is a fantastic midfielder who other teams underrate as oppose to Man Utd overrate. Like I said, we've seen many, many brilliant CM's at Old Trafford in the Fergie years and Carrick rates right up there.

Last night? I thought he was subbed at half time. *checks match report* Oh I'm sorry my mistake ;)

He wasn't bad against us at OT, but then again we were so bad in that match I'm pretty sure I could have have played well against us :p. He hasn't had any notable performances against pool other than that. Which game against Arsenal are you talking about? He may have played well in the FA cup against their reseveres - I don't think I saw that game but in the league game at OT Hargreaves was by far your best midfielder.

He's not even in the top 10 best epl CMs let alone top 5, I also can't believe you rate him as highly as previous United midfielers. It's a bit of an insult to the likes of Keane, Scholes, Butt, Ince etc.

It's Terry shouting abuse at Tevez, nothing more. Perhaps a little saliva escaped while shouting, but there is no way John Terry spat at Tevez purposely, and hey, I'd love to condemn Terry for such an act but I can't because it didn't happen.

Look at John Terry's mouth at the moment he supposedly spits, he's obviously still shouting. Try spitting with your as wide as Terry's at that point. Yeah, exactly, your lips need to close to spit and Terry's don't.

Are you a chelsea fan by any chance? The fact is **** from terry's big mouth went on to tevez. End of story - no excuse for what he did.
 
I think we should just Kill all footballers, I've had enough of there Gayness & there over payment & there stupid women & there stupid Gay hair cuts, Lets Kill 'em all & make a sport of that.
Anytime between 3pm & 4.45pm on Saturdays you can shoot a footballer, Seems fair to me :D

Start with Drogba then gradually work my way through the whole team, then the league, JD.
