Yep it's Stalker with Oblivion Lost, Weather Overhauled, Skyce Gfx, Sharper and particle enhancement.

Knives I'm not sure of the actual name (possibly cordon?) but it's the opening area of the game, not sure if that's the same place you're thinking of.
