The more I eat,the hungrier I get?

so far, I've had 2 glasses of water, a glass of milk, a bowl of porridge, 3 chapatis with los of different vegetables, a bananna, an orange, an apple, two slices of toast with butter and plum jam (brown bread), a whethers original. This list will be a lot bigger by the end of today!

thats a very small amount, to be eating. What vegetables where on the sandwiches ?

Rember you get less energy from the same amount of "size" as other do from meat ect so you have to eat more than you think.

I really do recommend you see someone to help you plan a proper diet.

Else you gonna grow up a dwarf with a small winkle :eek:

He isn't. You can not get out of the fact that being vegetarian eliminates 'vital' protein from diet. The question was answered fairly.

OP get more bread and carbs in your diet. Eat 3 bagels with cream cheese on a day on top of what you are eating. That will sort you.

No I eat much more, on a morning of a long cycle ride, bowl of porridge and 4 slices of toast, normal days just 4 slices of toast or a bowl of crunchy stuff, like oats and special K or something. Failing that 4 pancakes with cheese and butter or a puch of rice.

There is a reason the vital was in inverted commas. I hadn't eaten any vegetables for a good 10 years of my life, yet those are also 'vital', apparently. The human body tends to deal with whatever it is given.

But yes, don't delude yourself that you can simply replace one food group with another. Because you can't.

a lot learning it seems to become a veggie, taking supplements all the time, I'd rather just eat meat tbh than faffing about taking supplements due to everything you are missing out in the diet. I dont quite believe people have a lower risk of cancer, ehart disease etc... becoming veggie, thats proberbly people who go to mcdonals or burger king regular, they are on a death wish.
 
Without a photo I am calling BS. Get on a scale and take a photo of that if you don't want to show yourself.

You are saying you weigh 70lbs. Girls your age don't weigh that.
 
Put him next to a garden rake and make the garden rake look obese. A full big breakfast every morning, thats a sure way to put on weight.
 
5 stone, dieting at 14 and doesn't eat meat... Possible there is something you need to tell us? :p
