so far, I've had 2 glasses of water, a glass of milk, a bowl of porridge, 3 chapatis with los of different vegetables, a bananna, an orange, an apple, two slices of toast with butter and plum jam (brown bread), a whethers original. This list will be a lot bigger by the end of today!

thats a very small amount, to be eating. What vegetables where on the sandwiches ?
Rember you get less energy from the same amount of "size" as other do from meat ect so you have to eat more than you think.
I really do recommend you see someone to help you plan a proper diet.
