Geremi always hits loads of crap, but every so often he comes up with a gem and Owen usually scores from it. They combined loads towards the end of last season.

Sorry you're right. Im just jealous, i'd much rather have Alves and Tuncay than Torres and Keane, not to mention Downing and Wheater. I think Boro are going to push Spurs close for 3rd this season.

im not saying he better, im saying that your reasons for saying hes crap aren't justified.

You could have 4 lots of Alves and Tuncay for the price of Torres and Keane i know which i'd rather have

When did i say he's crap? I said he's an average EPL striker. Maybe the problem is the difference in expectations of Boro and Liverpool fans. Had we spent ~£13m on Alves i wouldn't be happy.

I'd rather have Torres and Keane thanks

If you had four lots of Tuncay and Alves you'd only be able to play two, the other six would be on the bench. So there wouldn't be much point.

Sort of. Wheater's better than Hobbs, Downing would be our only lw and Alves' is better than Voronin.

Not sure about Tuncay though.

Im not having a go at Wheater, he looks as if he's going to be a good player but he makes too many mistakes atm to be close to being good enough to start for us.
