Well, the big day is upon us. I say 'us', but really it's just me who's about to suffer in the name of a better body, science and women!
So, for the next 28 days, if I can hack it, my diet will consist of protein shakes, milled flax seed, EFA's, and, well that's it. I *do* have two different flavouring types (BSL Labs from MP); oh the variety!
Day One
So, this morning I rise at the regular time of 6:20 am, ready for my first shake of the program. 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop MPC, 1 tablespoon flax, 3 EFA caps and some strawberry flavouring. Yummy. Or so I thought...
...It's horrid. Truely. I don't know whether it was too much flax, not enough flavouring, or I just wasn't in the mood, but finishing it was a struggle. Though, finish it I did. After finishing I made up my meals for the day which consisted of 1 shake without the flax, and two with. You can keep your steak and potato's, I don't need them. Honest.
Since then I have had 1 without flax, and am just finishing my second with the flax. This one was better, much better. Not nice, but an improvement.
Training tonight; chest, shoulders and tri's.
If anyone is interested I will update this with pictures/comments/progress reports regularly. If not then I will just use this for spilling my thoughts about the diet when I need to.
So far; so good.
[edit] For a pic, as requested, you perverts. I can't be bothered (read; am unable) to get a better shot than that so you will have to assume my BICEPTZ can destroy worlds (they can't). I will *hopefully* get some better ones for a comparison, but I have a fat belly now and don't want to get someone to take them for me
I guess I will have to swallow my pride and ask!
