Postal code makes a bigger difference for me than NCB does! This can easily be avoided though, dont buy a house in a crap or heavily congested area.

Was discussing this with my mate the other day. We put in the exact same details for the same car (old Fiat Punto), except the post code, and mine came up around £1600 cheaper than his (He was quoted at around £3k :eek:

It will be explained that LA23 is in the Lake District (Lancaster postcode) whilst SO14 is probably in Southampton.
