to much hype would give it a bronze. if judging buy graphics yes it stunning but game play is bad

What was wrong with the Gameplay? I thought it was an excellent single player game and I thoroughly enjoyed playing it.

It's actually the same as the national BT rate. If you want to complain about dubious practices by EA (of which there are plenty), this ain't it.

Really? Oh thats good. I was told it was a high rate number.

i see no comments here about install problems so this seems isolated to myself.
twice i choose install on F: (my games partition) and the installer said not enough room on C:, made room on C: started the installer again and once again choose F: and the game installed on C:

anyone else had this?

After you complete the game & get bored by shooting frogs etc.
You can also shoot at the flocks of birds high up in the sky, they drop like stones all over the beach, unfortunately you can't then pick them up to put in a line to see who gets the record.

i have my games partition on F: as well. mine installed there fine. i did have problems with the disk not spinning up during setup though. i had to copy the disk to an iso and then mount it, then it installed fine

compared to hl1 / hl2 it was bad. who the hell give is score of 90 so what hl should score 200 then ?

I had an issue similar to that with the disc not spinning up, at the beginning of the install it must have sat there for 10minutes before i took the DVD out and put it back in, then away it went.

Thats not how it works, you can activate 5 pc's with it, and on those 5 PC's - UNLIMITED installs.

It's capped to 5 PC's, not 5 installs.

And how is the gameplay bad? The actual mechanics of shooting are the best of any FPS imo.

Yeah Crysis is a very solid shooter, though I do wish it had some more indoor levels.

Maybe for the next game hey.

these disks are pap i reckon. i'm trying to install crysis wars now and my drive is making all sorts of funny noises. i think i'll rip this one to iso as well.

Unlimited installs unless there are any significant hardware changes.

Whoa!

Just have to say, what an improvement over the original....

Level design was superb, so was combat, everything just felt right in this game, unlike some parts of the original.

Story was abit too similar throughout, and yeah, the ending came abit too quick (cutscenes were also too long), but overall a superb experience.

The indoor level oozed atmosphere, very similar to Far Cry except with much better game mechanic, and they never overstayed there welcome.

Multiplayer is fun, just not as good as single player.

Overall a class game, well worth the money.

Well that's because they learned how to make good indoor levels Just completed it, and loved it, a huge improvement over Crysis which for me died completely after the ice appeared - this was hectic, visually stunning and i just love Psycho as a person, i hope there'll be a Crysis 2: Warhead

I dont get why people though the mine section was so amazing when it was very linear. Im assuming just because it ran great? I was peaking over 110fps in that segment.
