CGBP is a tricep movement, and one of the best.

Personally, I would try get down to 12-14% before starting a bulk, but it's your call.
If you are endomorphic, you probably don't deal very well with carbs, i'd make sure you are getting around 10g of Omega-3 daily and try to eat the majority of your daily carb intake around your workouts.

I tend to aim for about 8 hours of sleep and your right sometimes you don't fall asleep quickly but after those squats and deadlifts I fell asleep in 5 minutes.
I get 5-6hrs sleep every night it hasn't hampered my growth and development. Slowly creeping up to 220lbs which is my target weight keeping at 13% or so.
I think it is important to sleep well, but it has to be good quality sleep. I just wake up naturally after 5-6hrs sleep. I train 4x a week (well I do now I'm working sensible hours (i.e. less than 14!) minimum.
I usually get 6-7 hrs sleep a night, i just can't sleep any longer than this. Weigh around 14st 10Ilbs at the moment and have never been stronger. They say your best gains are when you first start out but i feel i'm getting my best gains right now after around 42 months of serious training. It just seems to get better!
Hoping to be in extra awesome shape around Febuary for my next hol.
Are you still managing to distance yourself from all the psuedoscience/supplement nonsense out there FF? My money goes into quality food, always has, always will![]()
I've got my motivation back now, I had a wobbly period of about a month with a big business merger that was taking up all my time 14-16+hr days for 4 weeks made it almost impossible to eat well/train well.
My diet is still tip top, however I do have a stash of protein for days when I just can't bring my protein levels up to a suitable level. However, I'm still of the mindset that hard work and a good diet outweighs all else, however the extra protein does help at times and having thought about it can understand it's relevance. I don't use it as an alternative though so don't worry! 5lbs lasts me several months!
I'm starting to feel monsterously strong again so I'm rather chuffed about that, and my size and development is also starting to improve again, so all in all, I'm happy.![]()
Personally when i used glutamine it made a difference. Quicker recovery, felt stronger, felt harder as well.
Good stuff FF. Those few weeks away from the gym won't hurt you in the long run, and work/money should always come first no matter how keen you are of your hobby mate
Absolutely agree about the protein intake, i always aim for at least 1grm per Ilb of lean body weight. I know you've got your head screwed on in regards the nutrition side of the game, your results prove that
Keep at it! and show the nooby (and oldie) trainers what can be achieved in a relatively short period of time![]()
Also;
Lol, thread could have so easily ended at that.
Should be a bb's tanith!
