yeah bread and milk are the correct antidotes for hot chilli. water will spread the heat rather than absorb it.

only just read this thread after ordering >.<, i've just ordered some "Flying Goose Brand Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce" for everyday use on chips and stuff. aaaanndd... some "Da' Bomb Ground Zero" for soups and chilli's/curries. cant wait to get it!
